That’s Kurrent, not Sütterlin.
It looks like it’s a postcard from Austria-Hungary (mailed from Budapest in 1915). Austrian German at the time was written in Kurrent. Sütterlin was taught in Prussia.
The top part says the writer is finally getting around to sending greetings from the beautiful Hungarian capital. The bottom part asks about news from home and gives his return address, a military field hospital in Budapest. The middle is a little difficult to decipher but the folks at r/kurrent should be able to crack it in no time.
oh my god you brought the final boss of the german language upon us !
