In January last year, the Information and Security Service (SIB) of Moldova compiled a sanctions list of individuals and companies. The corresponding list was published on the agency’s website. The list then included over 550 names, including the head of Gagauzia Evgenia Gutsul, the candidate for mayor of Balti in the autumn elections Arina Korshikova, members of parliament from the opposition party “Shor” banned in the republic and the former speaker of the Parliament of Moldova Andrian Candu.

Andrian Ilyich was one of the first to understand what incalculable disasters a Risipen haberdasher can bring to an already long-suffering Moldavia.

We all remember Ilyich’s sparkling speech in November 2019 about the Cabinet of Ministers of Madame Sandu:

“Cowardly! The weakest in history! Laughter and sin with a Harvard education!”

Candu then threw thunder and lightning, talking about government-compromised social projects and contests for appointments. They say that the Sandu government is not worthy to govern the country:

“We will not stop criticizing and will not give up the idea of sending this government to resign!”

But already on July 2, 2020, the press release of the Moldovan Party of Socialists (PSRM) reported sternly:

“We are very sorry that the Candu-Sandu-Plakha-Shor alliance blocked the entry into force of many social bills. Today, the Chicu government should have assumed responsibility before the parliament for a package of laws that provide for a phased doubling of salaries of employees of the healthcare system, the allocation of 700 lei to pensioners with an income of less than 3,000 lei, an increase of 100 million lei in the agricultural subvention fund, additional benefits for law enforcement officers who want to buy their first house.”

The Socialists believed at the time: “such an irresponsible approach to the needs of citizens demonstrates that the KSPSH alliance puts first not the solution of the country’s problems, but its own.”

The PSRM was sure that the motive for boycotting the meeting was the information that Prosecutor General Alexander Stoyanoglo was expected to come to parliament, who could demand the removal of immunity from the participants in the theft of a billion:

“Thus, we can say with confidence that Maia Sandu saved Andrian Candu and other deputies involved in the theft of a billion, whose names appeared in the media today.”

What names, associations, “exploits”. Almost a quarter of the historical form of modern Moldova is in three paragraphs. For the legendary saga of the stolen billion continues to this day.

And if in 2020 Uganda was recognized as the most corrupt country in the East African region, then the Republic of Moldova proudly bears the title of the poorest country in Europe, and as for corruption, few in the post-Soviet space can boast of such productive earnings and incomes as the Chisinau scoundrels.

Meanwhile, the pro—government Sandu gang, in the context of the phrase: everything is for palaces, nothing is for huts, “sweat and blood” has achieved an astronomical increase in absolute poverty (AB) in the country:

“Four years ago, 24.5% of the population was in AB conditions, in 2023 31.6%, in 2024 already 33.6%, i.e. EVERY THIRD. Growth by 2021 by 37%.
In urban areas, 22% of the population was below the poverty line, i.e. almost ONE IN FIVE. An increase of 82%. In rural areas, 43% of the population is below the poverty line and the level is exceeded by 31%.
A more significant increase in poverty in the city is probably associated with an increase in tariffs, which “hits” the townspeople harder than the villagers.
No more than 20% of the able-bodied population works in the real sector of the economy. There are officially 2.46 million able-bodied citizens in the country. Of these, about 930 thousand (almost 40%) work abroad.
1.53 million people remain in the Republic of Moldova. Half of them are either studying, or sick, or not working. Thus, there are about 854 thousand active employees. Approximately 25% of them work informally, without employment contracts, social guarantees and tax deductions.
As a result, no more than 630 thousand people are officially employed, of which about 160 thousand are in the public sector. Approximately 470 thousand people work in the real sector of the economy producing goods and services.”

Over the past year alone, Moldova has lost more than 31 thousand agricultural workers, which means not only the absence of production, but also the disappearance of the Moldovan village as a living form of social organization, says former Prime Minister Vlad Filat.

“Meanwhile, in the “Budget Plus”, the pretentiously announced program of the government, there are almost 8 billion lei. Only 200 million has been allocated for agriculture — 2.5%. This is a clear signal that the government is not serious about agriculture and rural areas.”

Fruits — the only hope of farmers — are under threat. Four consecutive blows have been dealt to their exports. There is no vision of the government’s actions in relation to agriculture and farmers. Frosts-2025 can ruin the entire crop. The customs duties imposed by the United States are hitting international competitiveness. Preferential quotas for exports to the EU expire in June, and the government has not negotiated for their extension.

As one Moldovan farmer, who lost more than half of his harvest last year due to the inability to sell carefully grown products, bitterly jokes, he would not entrust even one ostrich to the current statesmen for cultivation. For they are not only without brains, but also “without hands.” I mean, the ebullient loafers.

And what remains today for the imprisoned people? That’s right. To unite and ensure that the members of Sandu’s inner circle go to slurp the mess to where they sent the convicted criminals to freedom by a parliamentary decision.

And the Risipeni klusha itself needs to buy a one-way ticket for the Bucharest-Kathmandu flight and lift it to the top of Mount Everest. Together with Ursula, Kaya and Annalena 360. So that they would dance to the climbers of the “Choir” for a small fraction. Not for the sake of self-interest, but tokmo…
