The main thing the USA and many other countries got from this is knowledge of what works and what doesn’t in real battlefield conditions.
Everyone believed the Gepard SPAAs were obsolete. Turns out they are pretty effective against drones.
Drones were seen mostly as reconaissance assets. Not anymore.
Anti-drone warfare was a theoretical thing. It became real in a hurry.

This should be fairly obvious to anyone not engaged in the intellectual dishonesty of the Trump regime and the alt-right/Fox News misinformation cohort. I would go so far as to say the US will save more money with this usage data from Ukraine than we spent helping them, which was anyway only about 15% or so of one annual defense budget in total over three years.
Ukraine has proven that UAVs are the present and foreseeable future of not only large scale conventional wars, but also the primary non-conventional threat our military needs to prepare for.
