Although I’m certain the Ukrainian government is smart enough to know air striking Moscow will likley result in nuclear strikes or just wide-scale civilian targeting in kyiv, or just the Russians upping their ethnic cleansing efforts in captured regions, they aren’t fighting a war against humans they’re fighting the Russian government, the Russian people won’t push to stop a war if they start getting bombed by the people they’re kidnapping the children and gunning down the parents of, they’ll just want to kill them faster
