It’s not just anti-vaxxers. The main culprits are the people who’ve decided that they no longer need to wear masks, or wash their hands, or social distance. You can be fully vaccinated and still catch/carry/spread the virus. All the vaccination does is reduce the likelihood that you’ll need to be sent to the ICU when you catch COVID. That’s *all* it does.
Well… just when I booked a flight for early next year too o_o

Is that the same WHO that told us not to worry about covid at the start of the pandemic because it didn’t want to anger one of it’s biggest donors ?

I’m hoping that winter changes the minds of some of these anti-vaxxers, because eating outside on 5° weather is NOT the move.
There is so much the West can learn from China and East Asia. But instead they’re painting China as the villain.
At this point, we must make a difficult choice in the West; either continue with these mandates and restrictions or allow the unvaccinated to just get sick and suffer the consequences of their actions. However, if they do get sick and hospitals are overloaded, unvaccinated patients should be denied medical care ahead of those who are. It’s only fair.

Just got back from PCR testing from COVID. It was positive. I was fully vaccinated back in June and we had COVID at home last year at the end of October. Had no simptoms back then. I do have them now however.
If this doesn’t tell you the WHO are in China’s pocket, I don’t think anything will.
Feels like the more people push mandates, the more certain people will resist.
