Same here. Don’t have any numbers on earnings, but loads of poles came in the 90’s and basically instantly became germans with funny surnames and a bit of an accent. Their kids are indistinguishable from the rest of the Almans.

They are everywhere and honestly most that I knew are well educated and hard working.
I remember back in the day when I was starting my working career it was quite common to hear Feckin polish taking all the work!!
We couldn’t compete with the quotes from the polish lads for jobs like conservatories, porches, garden walls etc these feckers were doing them for half nothing. But thankfully Ireland was awash with cash and curupt as fuck so they’re was plenty to go round.
I’ve never had any kind of bad experience with them they all seem sound and took full advantage of opportunities given to them and rightly so.
