AWARDS

IMPACT Strategies received a Work Hours Category Safety Award from the Missouri Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. The St. Louis, Missouri based construction management company also earned a Safety Excellence Award Certificate for recording zero lost workdays in 2024.

GETTING BETTER

Angad Arts Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri’s historic Grand Center Arts District, joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel brand. The boutique-style hotel, designed by St. Louis based Lawrence Group, is recognized for booking guest accommodations by emotions and color.

St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley in Ferguson, Missouri, opened a four-story, $62.9 million Nursing and Health Sciences Center. KAI was the architect and PARIC the general contractor on the more than 100,000-square-foot building. KAI designed a similar Nursing and Health Sciences Center that opened in 2019 at the SLCC Forest Park campus.

Indianapolis real estate developer Avenue worked with Midas Construction, St. Louis, Missouri, to complete Viva Bene, a 55+ housing community near Interstate 70 west of Route 370 in St. Peters, Missouri. The 200,000-square-foot four-story development has 161 one and two-bedroom apartments.
