…but getting wrestled down on Swiss soil is not an assault?
Give Mick a break.
What is this law forbidding “agression contre un emblème étranger” (to use the phrasing from the article in the Blick)?
Wenn die so ausrasten wegen spucken dann macht eine Demostration vor der Botschaft wirklich sinn. Mit richtig schönen Anti Putin Postern usw.

I have some questions:
1. which kind of authorisation have those foreign agents to physically stop a swiss citizen on swiss soil – like a swiss policeman? Is it legitim? Based on which paragraph?
2. do a foreign citizen/agent on swiss territory have more rights as a swiss civilian citizen?
Civilians are also authorized to physically capture someone on the street? I tought this is something that only a policeman can do.
I am very interested to the answers (also bc of a citizenship test).
Boo Bern
