  2. …but getting wrestled down on Swiss soil is not an assault?

  3. What is this law forbidding “agression contre un emblème étranger” (to use the phrasing from the article in the Blick)?

  5. I have some questions:

    1. which kind of authorisation have those foreign agents to physically stop a swiss citizen on swiss soil – like a swiss policeman? Is it legitim? Based on which paragraph?

    2. do a foreign citizen/agent on swiss territory have more rights as a swiss civilian citizen?

Civilians are also authorized to physically capture someone on the street? I tought this is something that only a policeman can do.

I am very interested to the answers (also bc of a citizenship test).

    Guter Mann!

  7. Ehrenmann, eigentlich sollte das jede Person machen, welche dort vorbei geht.

  8. idk doesn’t sound very neutral to me.

unless the embassy also got finned 6900 for obstructing saliva direction.

  9. I hear no end of Russian people around Bern. Can we visit Russia now?
