To the person that added the place in Cornwall – Cheeky but I don't hate it.
I sometimes post food I've eaten to this sub, I get some upvotes and I also often get recommendations for better places to try the food I've had. For me I think this was a big part of the motivation for the map post.
The OP image is a plate of mantoo – Afghan dumplings (spelliing will vary from place to place) from Ariana in Mile End Park. Filled with minced lamb and earthy herbs, topped with some sort of lentil tomato sauce and yoghurt.
It's just as well it in the park with canals nearby, we needed to walk it off after
This may not be the best Afghan in London, bit it was exactly right for us yesterday – I'm also a big fan of Red Camel in Leytsonstone
This city is great, there's a whole world of food to try and to love. Some may be familiar friends, some may be something entirely new
I want to say a huge thank you everyone that added to the map in the post a few days ago. By adding you're sharing a bit of yourself as well, opening that part of you to the world, and I value that and appreciate that.

Than = thank. Sometimes I wish we could edit the OP.

Looks delicious
pleased to see Zeret Kitchen already listed.
Really enjoyed the restaurant ‘Dropped pin’ on Green Lanes
This is a fascinating way to find out where r/London redditors live / work / socialise.
Good to know the West Londoners know how to gatekeep the actually good places 😉
I went to Ariana back in December and it was amazing! Their mixed grill is incredible value for money (and their baklava is delicious too)
Thanks for the map! Surprised there were no Southall recs though – or is that considered too far out?
You should add Les 2 Garçons in crouch end. Hard to get a reservation but along with Lyon in Crouch End have rave reviews from Jay Rayner.
La Delizia 1986 in Chelsea is amazing – my favourite pizza spot in London
Where are the dumplings from in OP’s photo?
Amazing joined the Google maps and added Canton Arms in vauxhall. Great pub with superb solid food.
Great map! Would add The Great Indian in archway (really excellent,) and Shu la la on Holloway road
A few to add (all tried and tested repeatedly):

Someone is definitely going through that map and removing links out of their braindead idea that stopping other people from knowing about and frequenting good businesses is somehow “protecting” them from popularity.
I was happy to see several places I rate were already on there when you first posted this had already been added, but they have now been removed…
Pierre Victoire in Soho is amazing!!
Kudasai in Balham is absolute top class sushi. Best I’ve come across in London, in an unassuming location. Great find. I can’t add to the map but if you can I’d suggest it.
HOB/Heart of Balham also deserves a spot.
Incidentally I’d remove Milk, also in Balham. Utter dross. Overpriced. Tiny portions. Crap coffee. But the food is presented well for instagram so it features undeservedly on every “best of” list. The basics are fine, but the price premium is wholly undeserved.
Good map. Thanks for sharing.
Aphrodite taverna, Hereford road in Paddington is such a good place. Like walking back in time 30 years
