Katarsis are an experimental rock band from Lithuania, known for their distinctive sound and emotionally-charged compositions.
Made up of Lukas Radzevičius (vocals), Alanas Brasas (guitar), Emilija Kandratavičiūtė (bass guitar) and Jokūbas Andriulis (drums), the band debuted with Vasara Galvoj Minoras, a track that has gone on to become their signature song.
Blending elements of alternative rock, post-punk and indie, Katarsis are known for exploring themes of pain, longing and personal liberation in their music; songs which come to life via the group’s powerful performances.
2024 saw the release of their first EP, Dausos, which allowed Katarsis to further push the artistic boundaries their fans love to hear them explore.
