Hey everyone,
I am desperately trying to receive a package for which I need to do online customs clearance. First, I tried to sign up with OmaPosti, which was not possible because the identification service for foreigners ends in an error. Retreiving Posti one-time-credentials, the other method of identification, is only possible through one post office in Helsinki, where I cant manage to appear during opening hours.
Now, I received an e-mail, that I should clear my package through [tulli.fi](https://tulli.fi). For that, I installed the Finnish Authenticator application. This however results in the following error, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ESPECIALLY CREATED FOR TULLI … It is the loop of hell as a foreigner in Finland and I am out of ideas how to receive my package. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Most likely secure authentication is not available either because your country doesn’t have EIDAS integration or the app only supports Finnish banks.

I would first call them, but I doubt it will solve the problem quickly enough. There is a possibility to do these things old-school: go to the couple of places where this can be done in person or mail a form to them.
