The US and Ukraine signed on Wednesday a resource-sharing deal granting Washington access to critical minerals. Kyiv hopes the pact will lock in military support, establish a reconstruction fund and counter Russian aggression, while keeping full Ukrainian control over national resources.   6. West banning mining of these minerals because of environmental laws then outsourcing them to other places that have more relax laws is the cause of these problems. If you just made them at home and research on better ways of extracting them, you wont see china monopolizing it now.
