ZAGREB (Croatia), May 5 (SeeNews) – Croatian electrical concern Koncar [ZSE:KOEI] said on Monday that local software developer Neos has accepted a binding offer from its subsidiary Koncar – Digital Ltd., forming the basis for further negotiations on a share purchase agreement.
If an agreement is reached, the transaction will involve a related party, Koncar said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, without providing details.
Neos ended 2024 with a revenue of 12.10 million euro ($13.7 million), up 192% on the year, and a net profit of 1.83 million euro, up 272% from a year earlier, according to data by financial agency Fina.
The company, which has 10 employees, has two founders, Zlatko Krizan and Marko Cosic, according to data from the court registry.
Koncar’s shares traded flat at 490 euro on Monday morning in Zagreb.
