SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 5 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Sopharma Properties [BUL:SFI] said it is proposing to its shareholders a gross dividend payout of 0.37 levs ($0.21/0.19 euro) per share for 2024.

The company plans to distribute as dividend 8.12 million levs out of its net profit of 15.06 million levs booked last year, Sopharma Properties said in a bourse filing on Friday. The remaining earnings would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 5.

Sopharma Properties distributed a gross dividend of 0.16 levs per share for 2023, or 3.51 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Sopharma Properties last traded on Friday when they closed at 7.55 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
