1. Of course they don’t factor in any Environmental or Health related overhead. That’s the problem with Republicans. They view EVERYTHING as dollars and cents, and instant gratification, ignoring all future impacts.

2. They don’t pay their fair share in lobbying Republicans like the oil industry does is what they actually mean.

4. But millionaires and billionaires not paying their fair share, that’s fine.

5. My state already has a triple digit annual fee plus they imposed a /kw charge at commercial charging stations. Really bumped up the minimum roadtrip charging cost! I used to get by with $11-15 at the per minute places, now that model is out and the /kw charging rates cost 3-4x that for the same charge. Now the talk of the national fee has me wondering where the free market republicans went!

6. It is a stupid and outdated plan to base road tax on gas tax

7. ICE vehicle buyers definitely don’t pay their fair share of the impact of burning tens of thousands of gallons of gas over the lifetime of a vehicle. I’d love for people of either party that buy fossil fuel burning vehicles to pay their actual fair share.

8. Of course.  When you go off nothing but feels this is what you get.  A society full of idiots and sociopaths.
