They not only want a far smaller government, they want to remove nearly all regulations – food safety, environmental, worker safety, consumer safety. They want the free market to regulate corporate behavior.

    4. But corporations, left to their own devices, will always do what’s best for their shareholders – and that often means unsafe products, child labor and vast environmental damage. But the stockholders will get ever richer, so if you are rich, this is great news.

    TDL: The goal of Doge is to make the government much smaller and to remove regulations. It was never given access to most of the budget and so could never meet it’s goals in terms of saving $.

22. They’re stealing information probably among other things, but I think that’s the main thing that they’re doing is stealing information and I think that could be used for musk’s AI or getting people’s voting history and all of the above and more

    Copying personal data on all citizens enabling pinpoint monstrous intimidation tactics, such as showing drone footage of yourself out walking your dog while working a corruption case

    Using unprotected channels to avoid leaving paper trails and obscuring who is involved

    Dismantling public research and data gathering into diseases and even weather so the US walks blind into the next COVID level event, or even attack

    Replacing people absolutely everywhere they can that are loyal to the constitution with those loyal to Trump, regardless of qualification

    And thats just the tip of the US is fucked iceberg
