1. Say whatever else you want about vertically integrated monopoly utilities and there’s a lot to say but they’re much more capable of this kind of project than restructured markets found in the northeast. 

2. This should be renamed the Screwtrump Wind Farm, and get the hell promoted out of it in all popular media.
