I couldn’t think of the name until later on the in the article but he wanted a bridging loan. I’m not sure many banks support that as it won’t bring them in any money OR would have HUGE APR. Not really surprised by the results
It seems like the kind of thing that maybe the government could put a few quid aside for, especially if it frees up bigger homes for families.
Mind you, there’s a shortage of starter/down-sizer homes as well, so maybe not.
