Where’s the other half of it? That thing is fecking tiny.

God bless your constitution
I could really eat a few dozen. My blood sugar level is on the floor right now.
The most Irish post
I was at a communion over the weekend, they gave me a stack of sausage rolls as I was leaving. Apparently they bought too many, or I looked like a homeless person, or something, I was too busy loading the sausage rolls into the car to listen.
“I love sausage rolls”… Gets them from Applegreen.
I can’t trust your judgement.

High quality sausage rolls are incredible. Typical garage/deli sausage rolls are sawdust
Rolys cafe in Ballsbridge do the best and they are not overpriced
One of the toughest parts of living abroad tbh. You can ring up the family, but you can’t call a sausage roll.
Look at the 25% obesity rates too.
But if having one, always wash down with a cup of tea, coffee won’t suffice in this instance.
Weighbridge Tea Room sausage rolls are spectacular
That sausage roll actually looks perfect. Not over cooked and dried out bit crisp and moist.
Lolly & Cooks did really nice “homemade” sausage rolls. I’ve not had one since they moved out of Georges St Arcade.
If only Greggs would open a store here. I usually hate massive chains but Greggs is genuinely delicious.
Me too brother, me too
Oh man. Living abroad at the moment. Miss these things.
Worth every bit of the crippling reflux they give you.
Try the northern special of a sausage roll bap with lashing of butter to catch the pastry and a dollop of brown sauce. “Chefs kiss”
getting heartburn just looking at it
Note to self: need sausage rolls.
I have such strong opinions on this. Sausage rolls are the most grossly underrated food we have in this country and every single deli in the land does their utmost to fuck them up completely by overcooking them. The one and only place that does a cracking sausage roll consistently that I’ve found is Gerards in Dublin – specifically the mustard one.
But I am very open to some people pointing my towards others.
The most hurtful thing I’ll say is that I wish we had a Greggs. The consistency of their sausage rolls is amazing.
I do love a GOOD sausage roll. Sadly, most sausage rolls out there are just dry as fuck with zero taste.
Please tell me it didn’t cost 12euro?
The Applegreen ones are great, the vegan ones are causing a serious problem to my waistline
I approve of this message.
You need to try Gregg’s
To me the small ones became really tasteless in the last few years. Large sausage rolls seem to be tastier
