I havnt looked at the ingredients but surmising from the labelling that NI Style has more rusk “foreign matter” and the Irish is PORK with a sprinkling of foreign matter?
irish sausage is one degree warmer
Did the pigs parents come over on a boat though? Or are they real Irish pigs?
Lidl don’t seem to have consistency. In Lidls in the south, anything from the south or north is labelled Irish.
Doesn’t matter were the sausages are from for big jean from ballybean.
Yeooooooooooooooooooow
the ni ones sold out and were replaced with a fresh box sooner than the others. The sale clearly worked people chose the NI ones even though its only half the sausages.
I’m guessing one is deluxe and other isn’t.
Either or not I wouldn’t be going with either unless it had the NIFQA logo.
I live in the US now and the cheapest I can get a pack of Irish sausages is $7 and that’s for a frozen 1lb pack which is less than half the weight of those packs on the left. It’s a fucking joke. US don’t make good sassiges
Both better than them “Hulls” sausages in co op. Absolutely full of additives and taste like muck
Idk what the difference is but Brits typically do sausages quite badly imo, ever tried a Cumberland sausages 🤮? Ireland is no Germany but our sausages are at least nice. I suppose it always comes back to the big question haha, is NI Irish?

What’s a ‘Northern Ireland style sausage’?
