  14. As someone who has been an active 40K player for a good decade I can say that the hobby is prone to attract a certain type of unsavory people.

    Just last year people were up in fucking arms when Games workshop (the company behind Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40K) changed that one of the factions which was canonically “all male” suddenly had female members.
    They were screaming bloody murder about the game and the universe being ruined.

    Any form of discussion was shot down as “DEI trying to control and ruin a hobby for political gain”.

    I support Quentin in his decision to send a message that our hobby needs less of that.
