I love travelling, but i hate to see tourists in Copenhagen… but it is okay, because our economy is built upon Svenn and the Swedish drug trade coming from the hellhole Malmö. So It won’t affect me if they vanish.

Meh, it’s not the same people. The 10% of entitled Catalonians can afford to travel and are also super happy about their “international” city.
The bottom 50% can’t afford rent+food let alone travel anywhere. And those protest.
Yes, it’s a developed region, but income inequality is insane. Or at the very least, the bottom 50% are just bizzarely poor by western standards. E.g. at least half of the population makes below 25k gross annually. So, your monthly net is 1.5k while rent is 1k for a studio. You definitely won’t be traveling much in that economy.
The fact that we now need the help of an AI to make simple memes is just sad.

I never hate tourists here in Belgium. Always happy that they visit us, only the drunks are bad. I’m only ashamed FOR Brussels.
I love to travel myself to other European countries. And try to eat and shop local to support businesses. I visited Vienna not so long ago, was amazing.

What can I say, other than it’s working. I thought about going to Spain again, but I’d rather go somewhere else where they don’t cry about tourists despite being a tourist economy. In the last few years I just went to Turkey, Portugal, Italy instead and this week I’m even going to France, that’s right Pedro, I’d rather go to France, their wine is better anyway.
