That’s really nice.
Didn’t know I could send money abroad using my mobile payment app.
What’s up with France and the U.K.? And Spain?
Digital payment is so popular here (Warsaw) I stopped using cash at all.
Can’t wait for the digital euro to replace these proprietary systems.
Maybe Germany uses Bluecode, but there are no places where you could pay with it😂
Edit: there is just one company using it: Rossmann, a drugstore
So, as a Swiss using TWINT I could pay in German *Biergärten*?
Never saw any sign of such though…
logo looks like either a sad face or a vampire. not sure thats a good sign 😀
Is this new? Ideal never worked for me in Belgium.
Or maybe I just didn’t know ans ignored payconiq when I saw it. This needs some overarching branding really.
Mbway is a god send here in Portugal. I pretty much stopped using my bank app and cards. In the app, you can send/resquest money, pay with the app anywhere that accepts cards, withdraw/use a atm without the card and more important, you can create temp CCs to buy stuff online.
Germans be like: wtf is this shit

Blik <3 Using it almost each week.
Like there’s no other payment systems who do the same stuff, right?
Wait, what? Is it means I can, or could in the future transfer money from Poland to, example Germany just by using someones german phone number?
Isnt Africa way ahead of Europe in terms of cashless transactions?

Interoperable in what sense?
