Hei,
I am filling out an application form for a teaching position at an international school in Finland. I have to admit I am struggling with a prompt (see screen shots).
I'm not entirely sure what "free form application" is in reference to. My guesses include visa application or perhaps a resume/CV.
If it's in regards to a visa application, what specific information is being asked to be filled into the text box? I am an EU citizen via Spain (dual with US) as well. If that requires other information, what else is needed?
I did take a look at the linked "job guide" and it seemed to only cover tips about navigating the website's interface.
Any clarification is helpful and appreciated. Kiitos!

It means “in your own words”. Free form.
Basicly you just tell almost the same stuff you would tell on cover letter. Basicly who you are, what you have done work wise etc
Your cover letter / motivational letter goes there, meaning why you’d be good for the job.
Brief version of your motivation letter.
This is where you have to impress the recruiter using only a couple sentences.
That is where you copy paste your cover letter text for this job.
Aka:
– who are you
– why do you want this job
– why are you a good fit
And so on.
