  1. I used to own a stall in Westfield and my staff would have things thrown at them literally daily, when I asked Westfield to move us 4 feet to the right they refused, and when I asked them for a throw guard like a net around the barriers that come to the edge on the upper floors they also refused.

They facilitate the danger workers have to face daily. It is farcical.

  2. Love it when the media have to say ‘accused’, as there is a video of them throwing a massive heavy chair down a few floors with no regard for anyone

Even better is when these feral cretins self snitch by videoing themselves

  3. We really need a “Reckless Endangerment” or similar crime in the UK.

The fact this is only prosecuted for criminal damage seems inappropriate.

  4. Genuine question on the case being adjourned as there are no interpreters available for the parents firstly why does it matter? The accused have lawyers representing them. Surely the parents should provide their own interpreters if they want to understand what is going on in the case.

  5. Hope they get in serious trouble. That could have killed or permanently injured someone. There were pushchairs down there… Such an awful thing to do.

  6. Good. Throw them in prison for the rest of the lives. Maybe it’ll touch the other fuckers not to try this shit

  7. Having seen the video they knew exactly what they were doing and deserve what is coming for them. People were metres away from the fallen sofa, just a few seconds later and someone WOULD have died.

  8. Will we need an egg timer or a calendar for their prison sentences. Sometimes tell me neither will be required

  9. 1. Were police and prosecutor not aware of translator requirement? Why didn’t they bring one already?

    2. Did parents not get any help from family, friends or community? If they genuinely can’t understand English, how have they been raising kids here?
