Can we please get someone in the RTE chain to say enough is enough. It would be wonderful just to not participate in another obscene party with Israel. Letting them think that they belong with the civilised world.
I am tired of this virtue signaling, If they really do want to kick out Israel from Eurovision, then Ireland should withdraw from Eurovision, EBU refused to ban Russia until 11 countries threatened to withdraw from Eurovision if Russia would participate.

As well as the Israel issue, the Eurovision Song Contest is also now a total bag of shite, which will cost us a fortune to host in the highly unlikely event of us winning the fecking thing against the bloc voting systems.
Pulling out of it is a good idea all round.
I wonder did they do this last year when the former DG of RTE, Noel Curran, was head of the EBU and let Israel compete?
An Israeli company is one of the main commercial sponsors, so they will do nothing of course.
Why is Israel in the Eurovision anyway?
Israel is not even part of the EU, nor is it in Europe!
