I recently moved into a flat and have this door bell installed. Every time someone rings my bell I'm not able to get the Freisprechfunktion (speaker phone) to work.
What I tried so far:
lifting the "phone" from the mount and start talking. Instead I received another ringing sound straight to my ear as a result of an impatient person ringing again.

I tried pressing the upper button which blinks red once rung.

I obviously tried pressing the key button and talking into the phone. I didn't think would result anything other than unlocking the door, which was the case. Since these are the only buttons

I tried getting the manual online (second picture) and found all kinds of features I would've never expected from this small device but not a instruction on how to communicate with his thing.

I'm living really that close to the ground floor so just going to the door to see who is ringing is unfortunately not an option and I wanna know who I'm opening the door and if it's for me or just a postman wanting to drop off another package for my neighbors.

Any help is appreciated also if you wish you can answer in full in German.

  1. You should just lift the phone from the mount and then there should be a connection to the speaker downstairs. The key button is the buzzer opening the door and you need the other button to mute the door bell or adjust its volume or call signal.

  2. You just Pick up and talk.

    The upper button mutes the ring tone and the phone. So if you press it you block the unit.

    The lower button opens the door. Don’t hold it press once.

    I have the same System instaled.
