How many humans live on less than $5 a day? To feed, clothe, and shelter their families. It’s obvious the people flying into space and traveling exclusively by jet are having a dramatically bigger impact than most people. It’s ironic that those who do the least to cause this will suffer the most.
For context:
[A net worth of $93,170 U.S. is enough to make you richer than 90 percent of people around the world, Credit Suisse reports. The institute defines net worth, or “wealth,” as “the value of financial assets plus real assets (principally housing) owned by households, minus their debts.”](https://phys.org/news/2025-05-world-wealthiest-contributed-thirds-global.html)
Think of Jeff Bezos sailing around the world on two super yachts at once. Jeff Bezos is evil.
