  10. Surprised it doesn’t go to closest next of kin by default. Seems very odd, saw his dad at his funeral too. I mean surely closest next of kin should make sense in these situations, and if people aren’t happy with those laws in the future it would encourage people to actually write a damn will or opt certain people out

  14. I just can’t imagine raising a kid and knowing that one day I’m going to have to explain to him that he has 38 million dollars waiting for him when he’s 18. Like I love my mom now, but I don’t know if 18 year old me would have been so kind in regards to finances.
