(Alliance News) – BPER Banca Spa announced on Thursday that the Central Bank of Ireland has given the green light to increase its stake in Arca Vita International DAC.
The transaction is part of the public exchange offer launched by BPER on Banca Popolare di Sondrio Spa.
BPER Banca shares closed Thursday up 3.4% at EUR7.60 per share.
