I have Vollkasko AXA with self payment of 500 euros, my wheel flew away while I was driving, can I want to know hat can i do, will they cover this, will they increase the monthy pay by much (I pay around 100 per month now)? can i get a car until mine is fixed? can i have compensation money? how can i benefit the most from the situation? any tips, tricks? hacks?

note: i took it to a garage, but they said they don't have a mechanic now, they are looking fo one, and I want to take it to some other garage, and I know some mechanics in case we needed something extra.

  1. How the fuck does this happen? I would press charges against whoever mounted that wheel. Literally could have killed somebody.

  2. This is extremely rare and extremely dangerous. So who has installed that wheel, because you should sue them for bad work.

    Any claims for insurance will increase your premiums to the sky. Claims only make sense when the damages are in several thousands.

    Do you have ADAC insurance, because they may be the ones to provide backup car
