What these MAGAs refuse to acknowledge is that not only are they deporting people in violation of immigration orders/visas without further due process but they are actively imposing an indeterminate sentence on people who haven’t been accused, arraigned, tried or convicted and they’re doing it in a foreign country outside the reach of the Constitution.

  11. Keep the receipts. There need to be trials for all administration officials who carried out illegal actions that were in direct violation of court orders.

    He was given special exemptions, including a protective order to never be deported back to El Salvador. I can only assume this was done for helping some investigation and/or witness protection. Either way, not her call to make.

    Feel free to arrest him and set a court date on any other charges once he’s back on US soil.

  18. Reminder this isn’t just about Garcia but the process as a whole. We cannot have the government unilaterally label someone a gang member and terrorist without any evidence in a court of law. Look at their words on Fox entertainment vs in the court room. Very telling

The extra forceful usage of “illegals”, “criminal” and the lock-step language shown here just speaks to how hard they’re pushing themselves, their base, and leadership further to the Right.
