  1. Once again I haven’t slept. I just couldn’t switch off. It’s starting to get annoying now.

  2. I’m waking up slowly – I’m going to to a 10km run round Holyrood park later as prep for a bigger run in a fortnight. I’m having a few health issues that are going to make it entertaining, but the weather is glorious, so it should be fun.

  3. It’s the Leeds marathon tomorrow, and the centre of the market town where I live will be shut while the runners pass through.

    The music group I play with is playing outside the local music and arts studio for a couple of hours while the runners pass through, so I’ll be joining them, and today I’m baking cakes for us all to share.

    Also hoping to meet the family and grandkids at the same time.

  4. Going swimming later with the wife and kidda. We’re going abroad in a couple of weeks and want to see what he makes of the pool before holiday. It’s been a good few months so we could be a little apprehensive…!!

  5. Chilled day today finishing tidying the garden up. Taking the kids to the cinema later.

  6. I felt all week like I was coming down with a cold. Fought it off all week. Last night, hit me, lemsip time. Kept waking up all night, couldn’t breathe properly, sore nose and throat. Darn. Probably just chill today then.

  8. Currently on the static bike with my son’s camera notifications on so I can keep an eye on when he wakes up. Taking the kids to a festival today while the SO works until lunch.
    Need to plant my sweetcorn in the raised beds this afternoon, then film night with the daughter later. Looking forward to this 21°C weather!

  9. Going to watch Bristol v Bath for the big day out in Cardiff. I moved here from Bristol last summer and a load of my Bristol mates are coming over for the game
