  3. The 5 year sentence is **not 5 years in prison**!

  4. Too short but at least he’s going to be completely fucked over by DBS checks, in prison over 24 months won’t be filtered out.

    And it seems like this bullshit swayed the court:

    Edit: just realised it’s not event that, only 31 months of the 5 years are in prison, what an abomination.

Bet the guys who cut the tree down get more…like the governments – we need to redesign from the ground up all admin, and not one person should be in charge, sick of championing one human…like they are the best…they are identical to us all…and thus we should be working together.   26. Pathetic sentence, 5 years for the irreparable damage he has done, he’ll be released after 2.5 years, that sentence should be a minimum of 10 years.
    There are clearly a number of pedophiles working with the legal system at high levels advising on sentencing and acting as judges. There is also a lot of evidence to back this up along with the reluctance to investigate judges with dubious links to pedophiles and pedophile groups and who consistently handed out minimum sentences for perpetrators. However this is always be covered up as it would bring the entire legal system into disrepute.

  27. It costs us tax payers 40k a year to keep them in prison. They don’t get rehabilitated, and prison doesn’t punish criminals. I’m an ex prison officer.

  28. All sex crimes should carry a minimum of 10 years in prison. Sexual abuse is essentially legal with these useless sentences. 31 months will be nothing to him when he’s got his whole life ahead of him to continue abusing girls and he knows there will never be any long term consequences.

  29. As someone who has been raped, this doesn’t surprise me. The justice system is a joke especially in terms of sexual assault. In my own experiences I also had police blame me for my own rape or accuse me of lying just because I was “mad at him” (the rapist).
