  1. I must admit Labour got far more than I could ever have expected, this is the most UK favourable trade deal Britain has signed in decades.

  7. Well the statement isn’t wrong, not even Johnson or Sunak were willing to sell out British workers in the name of big business to the degree that they’d make hiring foreigners 20% cheaper than our own citizens.

    Though I suppose with the era of mass immigration seemingly coming to an end, there needs to be a replacement method of suppressing wages.

    I’m sure glad that British workers in India will see benefits, though. All fifty thousand of them.

    And of course the GDP line will go up! By 0.168% by 2040.

  9. True.. BUT I’m sure at the time India wasn’t currently attacking/being attacked by Pakistan. That kinda pushes the agenda forward faster imo

  13. That’s got to be completely embarrassing for Sunak. He is basically married into india’s oligarchy but couldn’t have a trade deal with them.
