  1. Note to Zelensky: Don’t drink any tea Putin offers.

  2. **Without preconditions** *(adv. russian bullshit)* — pretending to seek dialogue just to delay things, while keep killing without pause.

  3. So.. does Putin turn to Erdogan due to the US ceasing to serve as a mediator or is this just another distraction to buy time?

  4. Chinese Golf Carts and donkeys must be in short supply.

  5. “without preconditions” except that Russian troops still occupy 20% of Ukrainian territory. That alone remains a huge “precondition”.

  6. Translation: he doesn’t agree to the proposed 30 day ceasefire.

  7. So exactly what was already proposed and discussed multiple times?

And for what? We know how it goes: they demand half of Ukraine, Ukraine says no, Russia blames “the West” and continues the war.

  8. Very simple, Putin will want the territories he stole from Ukraine.
Zelensky will not be able to accept it and the war continues.

  9. Memo to Zelensky: do not stand near windows or stairs

  10. Let me guess:

    1. Putin had a cunning plan that he relayed to Xi last couple of days which implied China giving away some actually high-tech military assets. Xi didn’t flinch since he knows Putin is broke and doesn’t want to escalate anything with nations that are actually functioning.
    2. Plan B for Putin is to delay any peace negotiations by bringing in Ukraine to the table, knowing that no real deal can be reached. Basically does what he did to Trump for the last few months. Just in hopes that his generals can squeeze a bit more territory AND he can get some more gratuitous concessions..
    3. Start economic discussions with other countries selling that peace is just around the corner..

    Old soviet bullshit playbook.

Waste of time. Just arm Ukraine and bomb the fuck out of them…

  11. NGL you had me in the first half….thought you were gonna say he’s dead.

  12. Oil price going down must be really hurting .

They never w must want to end this quick

  13. >Ukraine and its European allies have threatened to increase sanctions on Russia if Moscow does not agree to an unconditional 30-day ceasefire starting on Monday.

    Rejected theirs, created his own.

He has until Monday to change his mind. The US may back off, but Ukraine/EU are done with the games.

  14. I thought Turkey and Russia didn’t get along and that was one of the reasons the Turkish military is strong

  15. The new Doom game comes out on the 15th. Just saying.

  16. Just for appearances – they won’t commit to anything

  17. I can already see how this will go.

Russia- “Surrender and let us take everything.”

    Ukraine- “No.”

    Russia- “Ukraine you’re so unreasonable!”

  18. 3 world leaders enter a room, 2 leave. Both insist that it was natural causes. Next time, tune in for election rigging and the front runner falling out of a window

  19. Did Ukrania bomb anything expensive around the front while all the AA was in Moscow yesterday?

  20. So he rejected ceasefire proposal and replaced it with his nonsense “negotiations” to try to appear “reasonable”. Cheap and actually predictable.

  21. Nope, the allies already gave him 36 hours. He can fuck off.

  22. They must be near economic collapse.

I’m sure they’ll demand basically a surrender with some token return of annexed land but, at least this is moving in the right direction of a Russian withdrawal.

  23. There is going to be extra big bombing may 14 and next big 15th or 16th

  24. Kegseth already set the pre-conditions: Ukraine will give up half its territory.

  25. Isn’t Turkey a NATO member? Seems like a few problems could be solved at once here if Putin sets foot in a NATO country.

  26. As a war criminal, isn’t Putin in danger of being arrested should he leave the country? In which case, I wholeheartedly endorse this meeting!

Bonus points if the flight has to reroute over Ukrainian airspace.

  27. Putin will never walk into a room with Zelensky and look him in the eyes

  28. Imagine being Turkish and knowing your president could end the war next door by arresting Putin when he turns up at your door and your president would rather raise your fucking tax, disgusting cunt

  29. It’ll be interesting to me, to be able to see a direct back & forth with them.
Hopefully the public gets some kind of peek into the discourse via some kind of media.
    Hell, id take a transcript.

  30. To put the victim and the perpetrator in the same room is a act of bullying and cruelty. It will solve nothing. Putin doesn’t get it.

  31. This won’t go anywhere.

    Ukraine: Get out of Ukraine.

    Russia: No.
