Ethiopia is an interesting country. They had a civil war but ended up losing all access to the ocean. AI:

I’ve heard people who have visited call it “Disneyland for coffee nerds”. Ethiopian coffee’s tend to be vary fruit forward often having a natural blueberry or strawberry jam undertones that are so mindblowing, years after switching to tea I’m still so in love with the stuff I reflexively preach about it on the internet just from seeing a map of Ethiopia.
