  4. People do the craziest things to animals just to watch straight up junkies competing on a bike. It’s insane.

    The same happened in Sochi, I even read at the time that homeless people would be “taken care of” too. But that is Russiaa, we can’t classify those people as humans

  11. Like Ukraine in 2006: To clean the country up from stray dogs while preparing for the football cup held there, the government ordered trucks equipped with mobile crematoria to drive around the country and if they saw a stray dog they hurled it into the fire.

  20. Dude, I will just say this. The website that reported this is known for publishing fake news in albania. They have reported a variety of wild publications throughout the years with no third-party verification.

    For anyone who needs more info, there is a PE study published in 2020 I think, about disinformation on Western ballkans, and it puts jetaoshtqef and syri.net on second and third place, respectively for spreading fake news.

  21. I always promised to myself, that if I ever catch someone in the act of placing poisoned food for dogs (or any other animal for that matter), that person will eat it themselves. I literally do not care about personal consequences in that case. It’s about deep and personal principle.
