  3. If he wants a ceasefire it’s because he thinks he’s losing. If he doesn’t it’s because he thinks he’s winning.

    The new arms coming to Ukraine mean the war is going to be worse for him in 30 days. He will never capitulate to Ukraine unless he’s facing the guillotine back home.
