  2. It’s like they saw the P&O fallout and decided they wanted their own share of bad PR. Fire and rehire should be made illegal, it is always an excuse to fuck over current employees and take advantage of potential desperation.

  3. I’ve never been able to work out what the rules for a strike are. Do striking workers get paid? Can you be fired for striking? Can you be replaced? Presumably I’d you’re on a zero hour contract and strike and they cannot sack you for it, they can just cut you to zero hours and give the strike breaker your hours?
