Ole Tøpholm is back in commentary booth for the 2025 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Ole Tøpholm will once again provide commentary for Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest. This year will be the eleventh contest that Ole has provided commentary for, having first commentated for DR at the 2011 contest in Dusseldorf, Germany. Ole returned to the commentary booth for 2024, having been replaced in 2021 by Nicolai Molbech and Henrik Milling.

Outside of covering the Eurovision Song Contest, he has been a radio presenter working for the Danish public broadcaster since the early 2000s.

Sissal will represent Denmark in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Hallucination”. The Faroese singer will perform 11th in the Second Semi-Final on May 15.

Denmark debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1957 alongside Austria and the United Kingdom. To date Denmark has won the contest on three occasions, the first being in 1963 when Grethe & Jorgen Ingmann performed “Dansevise”. Denmark won the contest again in 2000 represented by the Olsen Brothers. Their most recent victory came in 2013 when Emmelie de Forest performed “Only Teardrops”. Denmark has not been in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest since 2019.
