  3. Good. Very good. We needed someone to continue calling for the kids to return. Russia needs to return them.

  6. I am as lapsed a Catholic as you can possibly get but this actually gives me the tiniest sliver of hope that this new pope might not be so bad.

  12. I’m not religious. Actually, I’m against religion – anti-theist if you will.

    But a person, regardless of status, speaks out against moral wrongdoings, I’m all for it. Glad that a person with a huge following is doing that now.

    Seems like some “Christians” are having a hard time grasping this. Thinking it’s a bad thing. Makes you wonder.

Why doesn’t he just show up in Moscow, have the pope actually go to Russia and demand it from Putin, face-to-face, you know embarrassed Putin would be if the pope came there and wasn’t able to talk to him? It’s a highly religious country in Russia, it’s all bullshit, though, don’t get me wrong because religion’s bullshit at it’s core, But the pope going there face-to-face with Putin if he could would be a really good first step, Putin’s gonna turn away the pope? I don’t think he wants that look either.
