I’m still curious why Da Silva is so common on lusophone countries.
I wonder what the most common “traditionally Swiss” last name is in those Romand cantons. I’d guess something like Favre in Vaud/Geneva but no clue for FR and NE.
Interesting… I’ve never met nor heard about anyone called Rohrer or Inauen.

I had a neighbor whose last name was Bernasconi. I need to ask him where he hides his red passport.
