I mean, it’s really bad that 1, possibly 2, girls were raped lately in Ghent. But saying there is a “rape culture” in Ghent or Belgium? A bit much in my opinion.
No regular student or other citizen of Ghent thinks it’s cool to rape, or considers it part of their culture. Rapists will always exist, but that’s such an extreme minority.
