14. I wouldn’t say they don’t understand the law as rewrite it to serve their own purposes. Trump is guilty of the same thing though the way he issues Executive Orders. Having the ability to make whatever you say law in the Executive Branch however is far more dangerous. At least with the Supreme Court an at least somewhat relevant case needs to be brought before them first.
