From my understanding, he wants prices set to match the lowest price charged in any other country anywhere in the world…
I see a loophole to this already: stop selling drug A in the US and sell it everywhere else, reformulate drug A to drug B and only sell it in the US.

If only there were some legislative body he could go to and get this done to avoid it being struck down by courts.
This is going to cause untold suffering and deaths around the world! With this cruel American fascist regime, the cruelty is the point! To harm the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world (especially people of color) is the goal!
