just like Iran, Pakistan is using these terrorist groups as proxy so that they can say “it wasn’t us”

It seems to be awfully clear usa is complicit alongwith china. Trade reset with China, getting ceasefire when f16 airbases were getting hit, medicine price control to hit Indian medical suppliers, support for Khalistani terrorist, Islamic terrorist, causing dramas against Israel. Looks like us is back to its shenanigans but with a new face.
One thing that I’m disappointed with India is that they should’ve done this the day after the terror attack. India literally had all the evidence in the world, but they chose to do the dumbest thing.
The terrorists are based in Pakistan– this is a fact. Just ask for an international investigation, and they will prove the obvious. Then, India will have the moral high ground. With the moral high ground, Pakistan would be pushed into a corner.
But no… India HAD to lob missiles into internationally recognised Pakistani territories. Brilliant!
Honest question is this a surprise to anyone this has been a problem for decades. The issue is whats the alternative. If we punish Pakistan too much then the entire state could collapse. This would create an even more massive refuge and terrorism crisis. What surprises me is how China hasn’t tried to steer Pakistan away from terrorism as well as they are at risk from it as well
Is the evidence going to be something besides “we said so” this time?

I think the issue is that no one outside India really cares that Pakistan aids terrorism despite the Bin Laden situation. There has been so much proof of Pakistan supporting separatists, insurgents and terrorist groups in India over the past 50 – 60 years. It’s been an effective strategy to militarize religion and hate to achieve political gains. In Pakistan, these groups are seen with lot of sympathy due to religious ties, viewed as freedom fighters, and they’re convenient allies to the army.
In some alternate timeline there could be peace, trust and prosperity but hard to see in this situation. Too many factors at play that make this a difficult situation to resolve: religion, race, China, water resources, land, past grievances, etc.
Hoping for the best though. Might be a time when there is peace and prosperity. Will take many generations for people’s mentality to change though.

UNSC is a joke. China will veto against anything that may harm Pakistan.
Truth is that Pakistan sponsors terrorism and USA/China sponsor Pakistan. Things aren’t going to change unless both US & China stop funding Pakistan.
That isn’t going to happen. So, another pointless diplomatic exercise.

Pakistan used America’s dependency on itself to keep ans carried out terrorism against India with Impunity . But it started to change since US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The largest number of UNSC sanctioned terrorists in the world are living freely in Pakistan under the Protection of the Army and Intelligence Agencies.
Pakistan does everything to India what Iran does with Israel yet Iran is sanctioned for terrorism and Pakistan is not instead it keeps getting Bailouts after bailouts from IMF .
Pakistan uses nuclear weapons to blackmail the world and under its shield continues to carry out Terrorism because it cannot fight a Conventional War with India .
Pakistan has jailed the doctor who helped CIA find Osama bin Laden and is still in the jail despite numerous efforts of US to get him out .
Edit 1 – Recently Pak defence minister admitted of Using terrorism on Sky news .His logic was if Pakistan can use terrorism for Interest of US and West in Afghanistan then why can’t they they use terrorism as proxy against India for their own interest.

Bin Laden was found where exactly, living about a mile from a military barracks, in Pakistan.
