The former mayor of Kherson, Volodymyr Mykolaienko, who was abducted by Russian forces in April 2022, remains imprisoned in brutal conditions at Penal Colony №7 in Vladimir region, Russia. He was once approved for a prisoner exchange, but refused in order to free his sick cellmate. Mykolaienko feared the man wouldn’t survive without urgent medical help. Since then, Russia hasn’t put the ex-mayor on any more exchange lists. His niece says Russia won’t give the family any information about Mykolaienko. They are not allowed to contact him and cannot even find out if Russia has charged him with anything.
Hero
Real hero’s don’t wear capes. Slava Ukraini.
This man is an example for everyone of what a true hero is, slava ukraini.
Others above Self. Mad respect.
Great man.
😢
Oh look another Ukrainian hero going above and beyond for humanity.
Great man. I hope he gets to come home to his family. I hope they all do.
Slava Ukraini!!
Hero
Humanity in a photo.
If they had some humanity still inside them, they would have freed this heroic mam along with his cellmate. But I don’t expect anything from those bastards.
John 15:13: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends”
We’re being reminded constantly this is a war between humans and orcs.
Imagine being thrown in prison for living in a free country. Fuck Russia.
This is the Ukrainian spirit. Our symbols, our coat of arms – mean not only freedom, but also willpower. ВОЛЯ. You can see this word in our coat of arms.
They don’t like humanity or anything good on any level.
Ukraine, a country full of good and wonderful people. And with the balls of steel.
Slava Ukraini!
I hope Mr. Mykolaienko is sent back to family soon.
