  1. Those eligible must be 75-years-old and over and receiving pension credit from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), potentially saving you £174.50 annually.

You can now apply for a free TV licence if you’re over this age and either you or your partner residing at the same address is receiving Pension Credit.

  2. Corporate media telling people to defund and destroy a public service, what a shock!

  4. Bbc1. Bbc2. Bbc3. Bbc4. BBC iPlayer. BBC sounds. BBC news. BBC world service. BBC online. Radio 1, radio 2, radio 3, radio 4, radio 5, radio 6, 1xtra, 5 live, bbc local radio. BBC parliament. BBC weather app.

Commercial radio is fucking awful. Commercial tv is more adverts than content.

    All gone.

Be careful what you wish for.

  5. Been waiting almost a year for the investigator to turn up. Tens of letters later and not even a knock on the door. I’m almost offended!

  6. If you don’t like the BBC, stop watching and pay for your ads on Netflix, Amazon, etc. Seems to be a certain type that continually posts anti-BBC replies, that same sort that supports Russia Today, GB News etc… I wonder why?!

  7. ANOTHER anti BBC post when will it end! It’s just embarrassing at this point.

  8. Who watches live TV these days anyway?

Other than the footy which is better at the pub I’ve not watched a live tv show in years and years.

Never had and never will have a tv licence either way, it’s a joke that it exists.

  9. I’ll never pay for a TV license. If they manage to get streaming services to incorporate the price into the subscription fee, I guess I’ll be cancelling them as well. No skin off my nose

  10. Goldfish will eat until they’re dead. The modern right is this exact process in reverse.
