A few years ago i used to drive a wee clio that i didn’t care about, I used to find it very satisfying to squeeze in beside cars taking up two spaces, Usually needed to get out of the boot!
That SUV took “parking in the lines” too literally
You should require a licence classification to drive larger vehicles because a lot of the people driving these have zero spacial awareness
Maybe their baby car seat was on the left hand side and they were afraid of someone penning it in. Frustrating for both parties as now someone can’t get in the next space and the SUV driver is branded a cunt 😂
I agree this is shit parking.
But I think we also need to seriously think about changing the standard size of a parking space. New small cars are way wider than even 10 years ago. The standard was set in the 1970s when a BMW 5 series was smaller than a modern day renault Megane.
I drive an SUV (I enjoy getting out there and have 2 big dogs) but I’m that weirdo who will get back into the car and reposition if I park poorly. I don’t get how people have zero self awareness.
Probably some fat cunt that needs all that extra space to get out through the door. Explains why they drive a SUV too, they need a car with a good suspension.
There is also the possibility that when that person parked the people on the other side of them had also parked like a bellend meaning this is how they had to park
Couldn’t quite get their battleship between the lines even when it has a rear reverse camera
Either a driver too shit to know how to drive something slightly bigger than average or a car proud wanker who doesn’t want anyone parked beside them incase their precious car gets dinged by another car door.
I take great joy in parking my passenger side as close as possible to the drive side of people like this. Watched a guy have to crawl through his passenger side to get in before. Hopefully it taught him not to be a knob.
